Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION ratifying, confirming, and approving the change in dates for submission of bids and for public hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of costs for the N. Ankeny Blvd and 18th Street Intersection Improvements. (date of bid opening: 3/14/23 @ 10:30 a.m./date of hrg: 3/20/23 @ 5:30 p.m.)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

To satisfy posting requirements for the N Ankeny Boulevard & 18th Street Intersection Improvements project, confirm the previously approved dates for bid opening and public hearing are changed to:

 

Bid Opening (10:30 A.M., Public Services Building):  March 14, 2023

Public Hearing and Contract Award: March 20, 2023
(Hold Public Hearing on the plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated total cost; review bids, award contract, and approve contract and bonds.)

 

   
FISCAL IMPACT: No
The N Ankeny Boulevard & 18th Street Intersection Improvements project is included in the 2023 - 2027 CIP with construction scheduled for 2023.
