Amended FY 2023 Fund Transfers
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Administrative Rules Code 545-2.5 requires all transfers of funds from one budgeted fund to another budgeted fund be approved by resolution.  The City approves fund transfers in the adoption of the annual budget and subsequent budget amendments.  Fund transfers were approved as a part of the FY 2023 Budget adopted on March 21, 2022 and amended on March 20, 2023.  

The fiscal year 2023 fund transfers resolution is being amended due to the FY 2023 Budget Amendment adopted on March 20, 2023, in order to maintain compliance with the Administrative Rules Code 545-2.5.
FISCAL IMPACT: No
None, as these transfers were approved as part of the adoption of the annual budget and subsequent budget amendment.

Recommend resolution approving amendment to fiscal year 2023 fund transfers.
