Consider motion to adopt
RESOLUTION
authorizing the fiscal year 2023 and 2024 pay scales for seasonal employees.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The pay plans are normally approved with the budget. This year because the budget approval is being delayed, we will need to approve the pay scales for seasonal employees separately as some of these positions are hired to start in late March and early April. The rates for seasonal employees are not changing for every position, but for those that have been hard to recruit the increases range from $1 to $4 per hour. The seasonal pay scales will be effective March 27, 2023.
