Consider motion to approve Change Order #4 increasing the contract amount by $1,500.00 to McAninch Corporation for construction services on the Irvinedale Drive Transmission Main - Phase 3 project.

This project is included within the Capital Improvements Program and construction is expected to be completed in 2022.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is recommended to approve the change order and to authorize the Mayor to sign the Change Order and the Change Order Agreement with McAninch for the Irvinedale Drive Transmission Main - Phase 3 project.
