EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The recommended personnel changes include the following:

Exhibit A - approves the FY 2023 personnel changes, which includes the addition and elimination of permanent positions and authorizes 352.14 FTE.

Exhibit B - approves the FY 2024 personnel changes, which includes the addition and promotion of permanent positions and authorizes 361.14 FTE.

Exhibit C - approves the FY 2024 pay plans.

Exhibit D - approves the pay plan policies and procedures.

Recommend approving resolution authorizing personnel changes approved in the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget Amendment and Fiscal Year 2024 Budget.
