PH 2023-31: Proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 193, of the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, regarding Flood Plain Regulations.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
An amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 193, of the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, superseding the current provisions of Chapter 193 regarding Flood Plain Regulations. The updated provisions in this chapter are required to maintain the City of Ankeny's participation in the National Flood Insurance Program and make eligible for FEMA's Community Rating System.
