Consider motion to adopt
RESOLUTION
authorizing the Certificate of Termination of Development Agreement between the City of Ankeny, Iowa and Absolute Farms, LLC for the Trestle Ridge Estates Plat 6 Trunk Sewer.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
City staff was asked about a termination certificate for this development agreement as it produces a lien against the individual lots. The purpose of this termination certificate is to eliminate any future liens within this area.
