Consider motion to approve Change Order #4 increasing the contract amount by $16,956.00 to Absolute Concrete Construction, Inc., for construction services on the NW 36th Street Widening - NW Ash Drive to N Ankeny Boulevard project.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

This change order is for additional work to winterize the construction zone in preparation of winter shutdown. Includes temporary concrete median connections, rock saftey edge along pavement without curb, and addional working days.
