Consider motion to adopt a
RESOLUTION
authorizing the Mayor to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement allowing Veridian Credit Union to place a monument sign within a Sanitary Sewer Easement.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Veridian Credit Union and city staff have agreed to a set of terms and conditions regarding the placement of a monument sign within the Sanitary Sewer Easement on the northwest corner of the property at 2115 SW State Street.
