| Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION authorizing the acceptance of proposals from Romtec, Inc. for the purchase and installation of restrooms at Midway Park and the Rally Complex. |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: |
| Midway Park and the Rally Complex are approved and funded for construction in 2023 and there is a need for a restroom at each site. The City has selected two (2) owner-supplied, prefabricated ADA compliant restroom units for public use at the parks. The Romtec structures are considered safe, vandalism resistant, and viewed as the most maintenance friendly option. The restrooms are available for purchase and installation from Romtec, Inc. through the Sourcewell competitively bid contract #081721-RMT and the City has an Interlocal cooperative purchasing agreement with Sourcewell that allows for the purchases from its competitively awarded contracts. |

| The restrooms are approved for purchase and installation in the City's 2023 Capital Improvements Program. The total purchase and installation price for both restrooms is $606,686.34. |
