EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The $15,200,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023B are being proposed to fund the 2023 Capital Improvement Program.
FISCAL IMPACT: Yes
The $15,200,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023B will be paid with property taxes and a small portion from tax increment financing (TIF) and storm water revenues.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Recommend resolution directing the advertisement for sale of $15,200,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023B, and approving electronic bidding procedures and official statement.
