The Support Services Division has grown in recent years due to the addition of sergeants and the realignment of department staff.  The current design has been in place since 2009, but does not provide enough workstations to accommodate all of the authorized positions.  

The proposal from All Makes provides for a more efficient layout increasing from 6 workstations to 10 semi-private workstations.  The layout meets immediate staffing needs and also provides a cost-effective growth plan into the future.

All Makes has bid the project under the terms set forth in the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) contract.  The purchase and installation will occur after July 1, 2023, but authorizing the purchase now will allow the Police Department to avoid a price increase set for mid-May.
