The City has received a request to vacate a portion of City owned right-of-way located identified as the westerly 54-feet of Street Lot B, Crosswinds Park Plat 1, located west of SE Four Mile Drive and north of SE 77th Street. The ROW was originally deeded for the extension of SE Crosswinds Drive, but as development in the area commenced, the alignment of SE Crosswinds Drive was altered with the extension of SE Convenience Blvd. The subject portion of ROW is unnecessary for municipal use.
City staff has reviewed the request, and has determined that the vacation is appropriate. |
