Consider motion to adopt
RESOLUTION
authorizing the Partial Termination Certificate of the Development Agreement between the City of Ankeny, Iowa and Threshold Otter Creek, LLC for the Spectrum 36 Plat 1.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
City staff was asked about a termination certificate for this development agreement as it produces a lien against the individual lots. In this case it is a partial termination as we have not fulfilled all of the requirements of the development agreement for Spectrum 36 Plat 1. This will only be for the specific lot requested.
