Professional Services Agreement with Civil Design Advantage

The action before the City Council is the approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Civil Design Advantage, for design engineering and bidding phase services needed for the Otter Creek Trunk Sewer - Phase 4 Project.

This project will include the design of approximately 4,150 lineal feet of 24-inch sanitary sewer main extending north-northeast from Phase 3 following the alignment of Otter Creek up to NE 54th Street, west of NE Four Mile Drive.

The purpose of this project is to provide sanitary sewer service to the area east of the interstate as it develops.

The project is included in the City's 2023 - 2027 Capital Improvement Program with design to be completed in 2023 and construction in 2024.

Action: Consider a motion to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Civil Design Advantage, for the design engineering and bidding phase services on the Otter Creek Trunk Sewer - Phase 4 Project in an amount not to exceed $148,500.00 and the Mayor to execute said agreement.
