Consider motion to approve the issuance of Cigarette/Tobacco/Nicotine/Vapor Permits for August 19, 2024 - June 30, 2025.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

In accordance with the City of Ankeny Code of Ordinances Chapter 131, "Cigarette and Tobacco Permits," the following licensee(s) have submitted an application which has met all requirements and is now being presented to the City Council for approval. Copies of license applications are available for review in the Office of the City Clerk.

  • Chamling Food & Liquor Stores Inc. / DBA Chamling Smoke & Liquor, 322 SW Maple St, Ankeny, IA (New)
FISCAL IMPACT: Yes

Each licensee has paid the annual license fee of $100.00 to the City of Ankeny, in accordance with Section 131.04 of the City of Ankeny Code of Ordinances.
