Consider motion to approve Change Order #2 increasing the contract amount by $19,569.60 to Sternquist Construction, for construction services on the 2024 PCC Reconstruction Program - NW Westwood Street project.

This change order is due to an existing water main was determined to need replacement upon excavation during construction to provide sufficient vertical and horizontal clearance from storm structure. One working day was added to the contract to remove and replace the water main. Also a substitution of a larger SW-516 intake to replace a smaller SW-506 intake to accommodate a larger diameter storm sewer pipe.
